Have you ever asked yourself "If I am a result of the evolution of species in Nature (or of Divine creation - if you are religious) how is it that something that we humans have created can have a higher rank in the order of things, than man himself?".
If I establish a garden, I decide what will grow in it and where it will grow.
If I create a company, I decide what it will produce or trade in.
If a group creates an association or club, they decide what they will do and what kind of rules they will have among themselves.
So the creator is always superior. For the creator can create the creation, but the creation cannot create its creator. Read it again and ponder.
So, how did it turn out to be completely reversed - which we see every day in our society? Our public institutions, corporations and banks seem to have more power than us humans, who either invented them or gave our consent to their creation or existence - in that we acknowledge their existence and use them in our lives.
Well, it has to do with a number of things that some clever and enterprising people came up with. More on this later.
If you create something that then becomes more powerful than yourself - you have then created a monster. It may not act like a monster at first, but appears to be a good and beneficial thing. But mark my words "Sooner or later it will hurt or enslave you".
Look at "Frankenstein's Monster" or "The Machines" in movies like The Matrix or The Terminator. See how the military, which was created to protect a country, has in many cases done military coups and seized power in the country. See how companies treat their employees. See how governments treat their "citizens".
So, how did it happen?
First, let's take a little look back in history. Not so long ago, slavery was a widely accepted practice. You could simply become a slave if you could not defend yourself against slave traders. One could also be born a slave. Furthermore, one could enslave oneself by entering into a contract to serve others for a certain period of time - for example, to pay a debt or for a trip across the Atlantic, or simply because one was destitute and as a slave one at least received some food and a roof over ones head.
But humanity progressed a little and having slaves was looked down upon more and more. Also, guarding them was costly and they did not work willingly, so were not efficient. So a new more efficient approach was needed.
Also, some bright mind came up with a list of "Human Rights" and it began to spread and be adopted in most places and today it is no longer legal to enslave one's fellow human beings. Even though it is still done in some places or fields, in the traditional sense. In it’s place came a more subtle kind of slavery that today is applied to most people in this world.
You could say that a slave is someone who has no right to the fruits of his labour, except for food, clothing and shelter. Everything else is taken from the slave. They don't even own the rights to their children. A bit like the animals on a farm.
But, you might say, most of what we produce today is actually taken away from us through taxes and for some there is just enough left to cover food, clothing and housing. And if a social worker dislikes you, they can take your child too. So what has actually changed?
Well, you see, today we don't have slavery any more, because everything happens voluntarily – even if it is done in a cunning manner.
Involuntary servitude is now illegal, but voluntary servitude is perfectly OK.
To understand how this happened, one needs to understand the use of fictions. A fiction is something created by our minds - as opposed to something that exists in the tangible universe. Harry Potter and the Hogwarts School are fictions. Donald Duck and Duckburg are also fictions. The Minister of Justice and the Cabinet Office are of course also fictions, in that they are made-up things and cannot be touched or spoken to (if you try to talk to them, you will be talking to a real live human with a name, who is ACTING in the capacity of these fictions ). That human is not the position or the office. If this is difficult to understand, read this article here in the blog: Are we living in reality or a fantasy world?
Today we have lots of Fictions that perform all kind of functions and purposes. In fact, it has gone so far that we tend to see the fictions as something real and forget that they are nothing without the people (John, Sarah, Emma, David, etc.) who act as them. We say "Bring that up with the Human Resources Manager" rather than "Talk to Sarah about that". For Sarah, could tomorrow be Jane and it is not the human being Sarah, but the fiction “the Human Resources Manager”, you want to talk to (based on the fiction you act as). Or we only see John, Sarah or David as the titles they hold. Like when we say "Joe Biden" we don't mean "that senile old bloke who like to sniff the hair of little girls", but we mean the position "The President of the United States of America". This has probably been created deliberately, to blur the distinctions between the tangible and the fictional.
So, I hope now you can see that the State is a fiction. I have an old book on International Law from the late 1800’s, in one of the first pages the author mention the term “The Large Commercial Nations” as if it was something everyone was aware of (that they are commercial entities, and thus fictional in their essence).
Since the imagined cannot be superior to the real and tangible, you get a problem if you want to rule over other people. It does not fit in that well with the basic idea that we are all of equal value, with equal rights and have equality before "the law". So the clever and enterprising people who invented the system we have today came up with the brilliant idea of "creating a fictional counterpart to anything tangible - especially humans and making them believe they ARE the fiction".
And Hocus Pocus, the tables were turned and as long as the people believe they are the fictitious counterpart, they are subordinate to the higher-ranking fictions - such as the Government, the Police, the Tax Office, The Crown, the EU, the UN, etc. etc.
So slavery was not actually abolished. Instead, everyone was made into a kind of slave.
So what is our fictional counterpart? Well in my case it is the legal person whose name is written in capital letters (like the name of a ship – a dead vessel), KENT ERIK BENGTSSON with National Insurance number/Social Security number. This is either some kind of corporation within the larger fiction (and corporation) The UNITED KINGDOM, or it is a Trust, as there is no obligation to inform a beneficiary of a Trust of the details of the Trust. If you want to have some fun, try to find out what exactly our legal Person/Entity is.
Here is what is said to be an extract from an American judgment in the eighteenth century. Even if not genuine, it illustrates perfectly what I am trying to say here.
a. "Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction,
and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other
artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance,
is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The
legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law,
agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than
corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them."* S.C.R.
1795, **Penhallow v. Doane’s Administrators 3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed. 57; 3 Dall.
54;* and,
b. "the contracts between them" involve U.S. citizens, which are deemed as
Corporate Entities:
c. "Therefore, the U.S. citizens residing in one of the states of the union,
are classified as property and franchises of the federal government as an
"individual entity"",* Wheeling Steel Corp. v. Fox, 298 U.S. 193, 80 L.Ed.
1143, 56 S.Ct. 773
Read that a few more times and let it sink in.
In Sweden where I am from, and employee of the Finance department admitted to a friend who was pressing them for an answer to what Sweden actually is in legal terms, that “Sweden is a Juristic Person”.
The United States Declaration of Independence states that “All power comes from the people”. Thus the People is the creator of the Government and is actually senior to it. And in this article we are taking a look at how the people who have grabbed power has managed to get around that fact.
The people are living people in the tangible reality. The citizens, on the other hand, are shadow figures in the Land of Smoke Screens and Mirrors where Unicorns and Prime Ministers roam.
So "The People" still have all the power - if only they could realize that they are the creators of all the fictions and that they HAVE a legal entity (Person), which they can use to navigate Fictionland. Your "Person" is a kind of voluntary slave, and if you have forgotten what you are, or if at any given time, you are acting as your Person, that includes you too.
You need your Person as a lot of business and interactions are today done by using fictions. Even the bulk of the money supply is fictitious these days. Cash is just a very small part, and if the banks get what they want, there will be only fictional money with no substance, even in paper. You cannot make a phone call without using an account opened by your legal Person. You cannot open a bank account or do transactions as the living Man you are (Man, in the meaning, a member of Mankind), but have to step into the role of your legal Person and sign the papers in the capacity of it, or as the surety for it. Your legal Person is like a token in a Monopoly game or an Avatar in a computer game. The flesh and blood you, cannot enter the game, so you need something that re-presents you in that realm.
A tremendous amount of work has gone into indoctrinating us to believe that we are our Person and forget that we are the Creators of it and everything else. Without us, the legal entity could not be created or exist. Enormous sums have been spent to maintain this illusion.
It's a bit like taming strong animals like horses or elephants. They are handled daily from birth, so that they become so used to being handled and controlled that they take for granted that we humans are in charge of them and that they just have to obey. A wild horse or elephant has completely different opinions and it takes a lot of work to tame a wild horse, and I don't even know if it's possible with an elephant.
A zookeeper never gives his animals a choice to go free or remain in his "care". In the same way, our "Government" does not give us the choice between, not to be ruled or becoming self-governing. It would be a kind of suicide from their point of view. We can survive without them, but they cannot survive without us.
So realize that as a human being you are superior to the fictions. You are of a higher order than them. They are figments of the imagination and you are real and tangible. They exist only in the two-dimensional world of paper and in the world of thought, while you exist in the three-dimensional physical reality. And as the quote above says, the imagined cannot obtain equality with the tangible. Therefore, the fiction cannot see you and it needs another fiction (your legal Person) that it can see in your place. The people acting as the fictions, on the other hand, can see you, but don't want to, because they prefer to rule over you, rather than humbly take their place by your side as an equal. Or they too believe that a Person and a Human are the same thing.
This is basically how we were, in a sense, enslaved. It was done without spilling a drop of blood. Without torture or physical coercion, so the ruling class can calmly say "Nah, we haven't forced anyone. Everyone just follows the structure of society of their own free will and shouolders their responsibility for a functioning society".
A little more detail
In the English speaking world, which I am most familiar with legally, birth certificates are issued as proof that a Legal Person has been created and in some countries they even have a "Bond Number" like a share or other security , which can be tracked in the financial market to see what the value is at a given time. Some have turned to stockbrokers and asked them to track this number and report what they found. Staggering amounts have been reported in some cases.
Let me just mention here that I know of no one who has managed to get access to such accounts and draw funds from them. But it appears some have been able to offset debts with certain writings authorising the use of such accounts. But just as many if not more have been arrested for fraud or falsifying financial instruments. So my recommendation is to stay well away from all this. Also, be VERY sceptical towards anyone who, for a fee, will see to it that you get access to this account. This can only mean they have not gotten access to theirs - or there would be no need to ask for a fee.
In countries like the USA and Canada, you have to apply for a "Social Security Number" if you want a pension and other benefits, but it is not a must. Here in England you get a "National Insurance Number" from HMRC (our Tax Office) and the money you pay into that account is meant to go to unemployment benefits and the basic pension. So you APPLY to be seen as a legal person or to receive benefits as such. In other words, you ASKED FOR IT.
In contract law, actions speak louder than words. If you do something, it can be interpreted as accepting the unwritten contract - like getting on a bus or ordering food in a restaurant. So if we pay taxes, get a driver's license, get a fishing license or a professional license, we say with our actions "We see ourselves as subordinate to the State and agree to all the conditions attached to these "benefits", forgetting that we already had the right to travel on our home planet, work, etc.
So even if our Person is a Legal Person, what makes it subordinate to other legal persons - such as the State, Councils, Banks, Police, the Courts, etc and all their internal regulations? If people are equal before the law, aren't legal persons also equal before the law? Maybe so, but I guess it's all the things we've done in its name, which are interpreted as us submitting to the State. We have obediently gone to school, declared our "income", obtained licenses for various things, paid a lot of fees and TV license, etc. etc. All these things we did in the capacity of our PERSONS, not as living people. So we must be seen as volunteers or employees. That is the only way all the internal rules that apply within the legal entity The UNITED KINGDOM can apply to our PERSONS. If you work in a company, you must follow its rules. If you do not work for a company, it's rules are irrelevant to you.
Perhaps our person is seen as a government office, and we as humans are the ones holding that "job".
If we identify ourselves with a Passport, Driver's License or "approved" ID, we identify ourselves as our PERSON and thereby say that we are acting in that capacity at the time. There is no recognized ID if one wants to identify oneself as a living man, standing in the tangible physical reality outside all the fictions. When you identify yourself with these IDs you seem to be saying "all your laws and regulations apply to me", as an employee or volunteer.
So the whole thing, while not illegal, is at least dishonest and deceitful - and therein lies different ways of attacking it all.
One such way would be to ask for the contract showing that you have agreed to do things required by authorities, without compensation. Or ask for the salary statement showing that you are an employee with obligations to comply with their internal regulations ("laws").
Backing this conclusion of mine, is that, in the book ADMINISTRATIVE LAW 10th Edition by Wade & Forsyth, on the first page of chapter 3 it says “The Crown itself, however, has relatively few important legal powers, except in the capacity of employer.”
Then we have additional mechanisms to keep us in the fold. A very popular one is Debt. If you have debts, you are not free, so they cheerfully give out Credit Cards, "Loans" and sell things on credit. Now you have yet another hook on the person and an excellent way to make serious money from us. We also have the Student Loans that follow us through life, in many cases, and bind us financially even more to the State.
Then they can use different means to make it so complicated or expensive to run a company, that there will be fewer jobs and more unemployed people. Thus, people are afraid of losing their jobs, and will tolerate worse conditions and worse wages without complaining or protesting in a constructive way.
Add to this a huge propaganda apparatus that the former Soviet Union would proud of - where we are dictated to through the media, pressure groups, legislation, schools, policies of the workplace, etc. Those that do not tow the line can get different negative names, such as “racists”, “right wing”, “anarchists”, etc. and may find it hard to get jobs in or stay in certain professions, as a result.
Solutions
If we understand the above, and on our own examine this thoroughly enough to understand how it works and is used to keep us in "Voluntary Servitude", then we can try different ways to break our mental shackles.
They try to make us believe that "The law is watertight and solid" and if a loophole is discovered, it is quickly sealed. Nothing could be further from the truth. The whole system is a big House of Cards and if you pull out one of the cards at the bottom, the whole thing collapses.
So, what would such a "bottom card" be? Why not the fact that we humans are the creators of the whole system, and not what it created. That we are a product of Mother Nature or something divine and are of a higher order than our fictions. Only Nature or a possible God can rightly do what it wants with us. If the State thinks it is above Nature, let it change the freezing point of water or the degree of gravity we are subjected to, if it can.
Actually, being a fiction, the State is of a lower order than an Amoeba in a drop of pond water. The Amoeba can act on it’s own. It can reproduce itself, and it can affect the surroundings to some degree. The state on the other hand, needs living people to do ANYTHING it does, for it.
If we consider this a bit, we could say that the State does not exist, and what it actually is, is a group of people who have taken upon themselves to rule, rob, deceive, harass, threaten, imprison and in some cases kill, the very people they claim to care for and protect.
Sorry about that rant. Back to the subject of how we can file a bit on our invisible shackles.
We must assert our right as living human beings, and we have fundamental legal principles and the Declaration of Human Rights on our side. People have human rights - not Legal Persons. So announce to all concerned that you will only temporarily act in your legal person capacity, and that in all private dealings you will act as the living Man you are.
This blog contains a whole host of strategies and suggestions on how to apply this in different ways. But they will only work if in your heart you fully understand these principles and are willing to stand up for their enforcement. If you're going to give up at the first slight resistance or threat, do yourself a favour and stay in the fold. Realize also that when all else fails, they can always fall back on the "Might is Right" principle and with the help of the police arrest and drag you into custody and then through the farce that is our "Justice System". So if you are responsible for children or others who depend on you for their survival, don't put yourself in danger.
Leave it to those who are willing to risk this or don't have much to lose.

If you do any of these things I describe, you do so at your own risk and responsibility. I can't guarantee anything because the biggest variable here is different people - both yourself and those you will wrestle with. I have no control over them. I write what I write to enlighten and encourage people to think for themselves and take control of their lives. Consider it entertainment or theories if you will. But if no one is willing to break new ground or try new unproven methods, not much will change.
A simple way to respond to various demands for obedience, action or money is to stop doing things for free and insist on being paid for what you do. Realize that you as a human being do not have to do something that a fiction dictates, unless you have already made an agreement to do so - like when you take a job in a company. But rather than just refuse and all the confrontation that might lead to, let them know that since slave labour is outlawed today, you will do whatever they ask or recommend - but only if they pay a fair compensation first (in advance - because we don't trust them, because they so often act deceitfully). So accept their offer to fill out a tax return form or whatever they want, but ask them to pay you a fair compensation first. Use some standard consulting fee or what their inspectors charge per hour to come visit and harass people. They've already set the tone there, so can't complain if they get the same treatment.
This can even be used on fines. Write back to the Police or Parking Company and say that you will pay as soon as you have received payment of your "Administration Fee" (which should preferably be higher than their fine amount). If they can charge for their "services" so can you.

As you can see, the blogg is dedicated to solutions or possible methods of asserting ones right to be relatively free. Again, let me stress that if you apply this in your life, you do so at your own risk. I have no control over what you do with this information, so cannot be held responsible for any results, good or bad. I want you to take your time and be well prepared if you decide to challenge the status quo. Many has learned a little bit and then stupidly have bit off more than they could chew or gotten into deeper waters than they were equipped to handle. Don't be a fool.
Start small on things that will not get you into any greater trouble – like parking fines, speeding fines, etc. If you mess up or the water gets too deep, all it will cost you is usually a bit more money.
Also if you do this just to save money, it is generally more work than it is worth, to get out of paying a fine. From a pure economic standpoint, it makes better sense to pay the fine and earn some more money.
One of the people I learned from put forth this argument for learning this stuff. “Practice this on small things. Go to Court, as the courts are the modern battle field and they can be quite intimidating. Even if you get a limited experience there and lose some of your fear, you stand a far better chance if you one day are arrested and dragged in there in chains.”
Solicitors and lawyers have sworn an oath where they pledge allegiance to the Court, first and foremost, and to the client, secondly. So use them at your own risk. Also when you use them, you declare yourself incompetent and in need of someone doing the job for you, thereby losing all standing as a sovereign being.
Also, have some fun with all this. It is not that serious. You will only be dealing with your fellow man. He may think he is superior to you, but you should know different by now.
A Canadian “Freeman” once asked the Judge in court “Your Honour, would it be contempt of court if I called the prosecutor a lying bastard?” Judge: “Yes”. Freeman: “Alright, in that case I will not call him a lying bastard.”
